As 2018 draws to a close and we can proudly reflect on another successful 12 months at the Water Industry Alliance, I am pleased to provide you with our 2017-18 Annual Report.

Our exciting and busy year has seen a brand refresh; and the revamp of our member engagement, including a brand-new website. We delivered over 15 successful industry events, including the inaugural Smart Water Summit and the prestigious Smart Water Awards that recognises our members’ success.

The Annual Report outlines the key highlights and outcomes delivered for our members and the broader industry, along with the work we have undertaken to represent, support and promote the industry to ensure we maintain and grow our capability to deliver leading-edge water solutions and drive national and global demand for our members’ products and services.

I look forward to building on this success in 2019 and continuing to deliver value to members in my new role as the Executive Officer.
