Case Studies

The CWMS program that was carried out in South Australia has facilitated a large number of case studies. A range of these case studies has been included here. More case studies are available upon request.

City of Tea Tree Gully

Two sewer mining pump stations and a waste water treatment plant capable of treating 1.1 ML per day of sewage to a standard suitable for unrestricted municipal reuse (log 5 virus reduction under the National Water Reuse Guidelines).

Cleve WWTP

This project involved upgrading the current Cleve CWMS treatment and reuse systems. The upgrade was to provide an improved quality of recycled
water, and maximise reuse opportunities within the Cleve township.

Donovan CWMS

Moonta WWTP

Approximately $25 Million plan for 3,500 residences as well as commercial and community properties. Preventing environmental damage due to failing septic tanks leaching nitrogen and phosphorus rich water into the groundwater.
