It is that time of year when we celebrate with our families, reflect on the past 12 months and reinforce plans for the future.

It certainly has been a big 12 months at the Alliance. With much of it outlined in our annual report, it is still worth reflecting on the success of the Smart Water Summit and Women in Water events that we delivered alongside our partners.

‍

Internally we have rolled out a new website to improve the way we communicate with members, and focused on improving our governance to reflect best practice. All of this work undertaken behind the scenes takes considerable effort, and we could not have these positive outcomes without our dedicated staff.

‍

We have also been working hard to deliver value to our members through regular member events, development workshops and implementing strategies to grow the industry in South Australia so that we as a state can take full advantage of our international and essential industry.

‍

I hope that this time of year allows you the opportunity to also reflect on your year and celebrate your successes before you launch back into the day-to-day operations during 2019.
