Your Expertise are Needed in Global Markets - are you ready to find out more? Join the Water Industry Alliance for their first Water Export Forum!

On Wednesday 8 April, at the Water Export Forum the WIA will showcase seven regions to WIA members; India, China, ASEAN, North America, Latin America, the Middle East and North Africa, and Europe. This will provide an opportunity for you to more broadly evaluate and compare each region and it’s suitability for your business.

Subject matter experts, to be announced in the near future, will provide an overview of each area which will include looking at details such as each region and how it should be considered as an area, market size, make-up, current challenges, legal, financial and cultural considerations, among other things. You will then have the opportunity to speak to these experts and workshop your ideas over networking drinks.

The South Australian industry consists of globally leading water technologies, services, products and solutions, and in response to developing issues and the call for expertise in markets around the world, the WIA is playing an important role in connecting you, our industry, with those you require your skills, in global markets. But we want to make sure that this fits with your business, and its direction!

At the Water Export Forum the WIA is hoping to gain an indication of where your company is working and where it would like to be working, based on its capabilities. Following the Water Export Forum, the WIA will be creating smaller working groups, which will then meet to further develop and foster relationships with representatives from new regions, of whom the WIA has previously been able to build a relationship with.

The Water Export Forum and following working groups is a fantastic platform enabling the WIA to help members build relationships with new markets and arm them with the appropriate cultural, language and other training that they may need to be ready for the international opportunities, skills and expertise being looked for in the water sector.
